耿会玲

一、个人简历

耿会玲,女,19779月生,陕西澄城人,教授,博士生导师“国家课程思政教学名师、教育部新世纪优秀人才全国农药学科优秀科技工作者”等荣誉,现为中国化学会高级会员、陕西省天然药物学会常务理事,国家课程思政示范课程和教学团队负责人陕西省线下一流课程负责人

现担任陕西省课程思政示范课程建设专家,先后赴广西大学、临沂大学、新疆农业大学、河北农业大学等十余所高校开展“课程示范思政建设与一流课程建设”方面的报告;担任公司教学实务团培训师,先后为新疆农业大学、陕西师范大学、西安理工大学、四川内江师范学院等学校的青年教师进行教学实务培训;担任公司中员工科普报告专家,曾为咸阳实验中学、广西柳州中学、柳州铁一中学、玉林中学等学校员工做化学科普报告;担任Journal of Agriculture and Food ChemistryAdvanced Synthesis and CatalysisHeterocyclic Communications等杂志的审稿人。

二、学习及工作经历

20007毕业于汉中师范学院,获理学学士;20037毕业于伟德BETVLCTOR植物资源化学专业,获理学硕士;201012毕业于伟德BETVLCTOR农药学专业,获农学博士20174月,从林学博士后工作站出站。2005年在兰州大学化学与化工学院进修学习,2008年和2009年先后两次前往美国新泽西州立大学(Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey)药学院访问学习。

20037月留校工作,2011年遴选为硕士生导师,2012年晋升为副教授,2014年遴选为博士生导师2018年晋升为教授2020-2022年担集团教务处副处长2023-2024年任学校教学发展中心副主任

三、主要教学成果及奖励

主要从事有机化学、天然产物化学、农药化学方面的教学和科研工作,先后主讲研究生《生物有机化学》、《天然产物研究进展》和本科生《有机化学》、《天然产物化学研究进展》等十门课程,主持省重点等教改项目7项,主参编教材8部,发表核心期刊教改论文7篇。陕西省教学成果特等奖和一等奖各1项、陕西省青年教师教学竞赛优秀奖、学校青年教师讲课比赛一等奖等荣誉,指导的员工获“国家奖学金、陕西省天然药物视频大赛特等奖和二等奖、陕西省挑战杯二等奖”等15项荣誉。

四、主要学术研究与成果

1.主要研究领域

1)天然产物源农药的合成及其构效关系;

2)具有重要生物活性的天然产物分离纯化与结构修饰;

3)不对称催化法合成手性药物。

2.主要学术成果

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、中国博士后科学基金、陕西省重点研发计划、陕西省青年科技新星科研项目15项,参与国家自然科学基金4项;参与美国卫生部项目和美国自然科学基金各1项。在Nature CommunicationsAngewandte Chemie-International Edition等期刊上发表SCI论文50篇,主编专著一部,获批国家发明专利5先后获“教育部新世纪优秀人才、陕西省青年科技新星、陕西省优秀博士学位论文、陕西省化学会优秀论文二等奖”等荣誉,
